In applying for your Visa, Polandvisa.co.uk may provide the services as mentioned below. These services will be provided & permitted by the government of the country you are applying to visit. Well these services are not possible in all countries. Terms and Conditions are inclusive of regulations that govern the alliance between our customer and Polandvisa.co.uk for providing services.

To use the services, the visa applicant should refer to the instructions available on Polandvisa.co.uk. The Visa applicant agrees to comply with all the instructions we may give concerning the SMS services, including any security instructions. We will be entitled to treat any failure by visa applicant to comply with these instructions as a breach of these terms & conditions. In this case Polandvisa.co.uk has the right to deny the visa applicant request.

Fee & the pay terms:
  1. For travelers who wish to travel to Poland on an urgent basis, there is a provision as per which they are liable to pay an extra amount to the authorities. Travelers may obtain the visa within 24 to 48 hours after the successful submission of visa application. However, the allocation of visa is subjected to the decision made by the Embassy regarding the application.
  2. Fee if paid with respect to visa consultation & urgent appointment bookings is subjected to non refundable clause. Therefore, we employ the farthest effort to assure an accurate documentation procedure during application submission.
  3. Tourists will be charged extra for the fixation of the appointment with the visa allocation authority. It has also been made clear that these charges are exclusive from the normal application charges. We at Polandvisa.co.uk reserves right to make any charges with or without precedent notice.
  4. Polandvisa.co.uk has the rights reserved in accordance to accepting, executing & terminating (admit procedure) a case. We are independent not to accept any case of application in particular. Once our organization accepts any case, an assurance will be stated to the tourists regarding a proper documentation during their Visa application procedure till the application is submitted to the consulate.
  5. There exists a nominal difference between normal & express time slots available for booking an appointment.
  1. Cancellation of Service:

    Tourists are eligible to terminate the contract with us at any time. In succession to former event they are not eligible to the disbursement of the fixed amount that they were subjected to, during application procedure.

  2. Decision on Visa Application

    The allocation of Visas is completely dependent on the decision taken by the Consulate/Embassy. It is the decision of the Embassy to pass, reject or take more time to process any application form. Hence, tourists cannot claim {{Polandvisa.co.uk}} responsible for either rejection or delay. The charges in regards to the Visa application procedure have been stated before the application submission based on the documents.

    Note: Tourists are requested to allow us with a manageable amount of time, approximately 3-4 working days excluding Fridays and Saturdays for processing the Visa application.

  3. Limitation to Liability:

    The submission of the tourists’ applications with Polandvisa.co.uk makes them liable to accept all the requirements, restrictions and limitations on liability set forth herein and specifically agree and confirm that we shall not be liable to them for any failure to in accordance with the necessary visa requirements for your travel, for the action or inaction of any government body and/or for the performance by any third party such as delivery companies.

    In no circumstance shall Polandvisa.co.uk be liable for any mishap, including without limitation, unordinary, incidental, consequential or penal damages, whether amidst a contract, wrong doing or any other theory of liability, raised in connection with any other party’s use of the website or in connection with any failure of omission, defect, performance, error, interruption, delay during operation or transmission, computer virus, loss of data (LOD), inline system failure, or loss of use related to this website or any website that is operated by any third party or any contents of this website or any other website, even if Polandvisa.co.uk is aware of the possibility of such damages.

  4. Refund Policy:
    • Appointment charges once paid cannot be returned / refunded under any circumstances. However, you can reschedule your appointment by paying nominal price.
    • On the other hand, if you wish to cancel your request after paying the fee online then you are subjected to avail a refund of 50% of your amount.
    • Once the appointment is booked then we are unable to offer you any refund because that appointment could not be used for any other applicant.
    • Refunds will not be issued for the appointments cancelled due to ongoing Coronavirus Outbreak. However, the customers may avail another Visa Appointment with the Embassy once the lock-down is lifted.
  5. Data Securities, Handling and Safekeeping of the Documents

    Polandvisa.co.uk ventures to take all viable measures to enact and retain the security of the tourists’ information and forcing it to stop from falling into wrong hands so that it stays unused. In spite of all the possible anti-fraud measures we do not guarantee that unauthorized access to your information can never happen. Hence, we are subjected to non-reliability clause if above-mentioned case ever happens.

    The list below contains the name of the documents required to apply for Polandvisa.co.uk.

    • Scanned copy of the Residence Permit (the validity of the permit should at least be of six months)
    • Aptly filled Visa Application Form
    • Scanned copy of the tourists’ passport (must be of all the pages required for verification)
    • One Passport sized color photograph (mention full name on the back side of it)

This is inclusive of, but is not limited to in-transit documents with delivery services or with the Embassy. The organization is also not liable for the loss of documents due to natural calamities, war, strikes, weather conditions etc.

  6. Indemnification:

    You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Polandvisa.co.uk harmless from and against expenses, claims, losses, damages and costs. It is also inclusive of the reasonable attorney’s fee also, arising out of or relating to any misuse by the User of the content and services provided on the Site.
